Capricornio is a collective of 60 coffee farms in the Capricorn region of Brazil. This coffee is a blend of coffees from 4 small to mid sized farms. The blend is especially well balanced to produce wonderful espressos as well as milk based drinks like Cappuccinos or Lattés. Perfect for espresso fans, who like it a bit stronger!
