This coffee comes from Chirinos in Peru, one of the best regions for producing exceptionally high-quality specialty coffee thanks to its mountainous terrain.

Cordillera Andina is a cooperative of 6 families who produce coffee, led by Edwin Gomez, known for his technical expertise and his drive for ever-improving quality. The flavor of this coffee is very similar to the La Lima, which I have roasted for many years. Cordillera Andina invests heavily in regenerative agriculture, to secure coffee cultivation for future generations!

This washed coffee has besides flavors of chocolate also an interesting note of peanut and a fruitiness like plums. The enjoyable aftertaste rounds off the cup and the coffee tastes really good as filter, French Press, Espresso and in automatic machines, it's a real all-rounder!
