This exceptional coffee from Brazil is produced by a women owned cooperative.

After a football match, these female coffee producers, sat together and decided to form their own cooperative and sell their coffee together. The group takes equal rights very seriouslythis means no matter the size of the farm, every member has the same decision taking power.

Almost all of the farms are setup following the principles of permaculture , which in Brazil is quite rare to see. Permaculture means, that coffee is inter-cropped with other plants like corn or beans.
