Farokh Anklesaria is a third-generation coffee producer in the Coorg region of Karnataka, India. Kattimuttu means “Bison,” as bisons regularly visit the farm. Craigmore was the name the British colonists gave to the estate.

Today, Craigmore Kattimuttu is a model farm that shows how coffee can be grown in harmony with nature. For Farokh, having rich, healthy soil is especially important—he uses worm farms, plants native trees, and constantly experiments with new ecological methods. Alongside coffee, he also grows pepper, avocado, and areca nut, all intercropped with the coffee plants.

He is a true pioneer in organic agriculture, genuinely committed to protecting nature on and around his plantation!
