Pepperlina – Sweet Paprika

This paprika powder comes from Hungary, more precisely from Péter Szabó. He learned paprika cultivation from his father and grandfather and is passionately committed to ensuring that traditional farming in Hungary continues.

Péter not only grows his paprika but also dries and grinds it himself. The powder has a wonderful deep red color, a sweet-earthy flavor, and is definitely a must-have for any hearty stew!

You can get it in a jar (60g), a tube (5g), and in a set (4 different spices).
