Pepperlina – Lightly Smoked Paprika

This paprika powder comes from Hungary, more precisely from Péter Szabó. He learned paprika cultivation from his father and grandfather and is passionately committed to ensuring that traditional farming in Hungary continues.

Péter not only grows his paprika but also dries, grinds and smokes it himself. The powder has a wonderful deep red color, a sweet-earthy flavor with a slight smoky note and will definitely enhance any stew! Especially in vegan cooking, smoked paprika is a way to add a pleasant hearty note to dishes.

You can get it in a jar (60g), a tube (5g), and in a set (4 different spices).
