Welcome at Patrice.Coffee!

I am Patrice, good and really fair coffee is my passion. Since 2019 I roast coffee and ship it throughout the country. I get my coffees through Direct Trade , which means there are almost no middlemen, who get a piece of the cake. This results in the producer getting much more money for their coffee, compared to conventional coffee, which is traded on the stock market.

Try 4 different Patrice.Coffee coffees. Go on a small coffee world tour and discover coffee from Brazil, Ethiopien, Colombia and Kenya. These 4 coffees are very different from each other and I am sure, you'll find taste notes which you've never expected in coffee.

Brazil:

This coffee from Brazil is a blend of 4 coffee farms working together under Capricornio . The blend is perfectly balanced to produce a great espresso and also milk based coffees like Cappuccinos or Lattés.

Ethiopia:

Coffee from the origin country of the coffee plant is something special. This is the case too for this darker roasted but light coffee from the Galeh Limmu Kossa farm. A floral coffee with nut and chocolate taste notes.

Colombia:

On my travels to Colombia, I've not only met the Argote family (who export the coffee from Colombia) but also Jésus Cerón.

This coffee is a honey, which means the fruit is removed but the mucus is left on the beans while drying. Due to this process, the coffee develops different flavors than say a washed coffee. The taste notes of chocolate, red apple and mango make Jésus' coffee into a real delight.

Peru:

Churupampa has a social business model. Instead of only looking out for themselves, the Tocto family helps more than 30 other farmers in the surrounding area, to improve their coffees and market it outside of Peru. This coffee has taste notes of chocolate and nuts, with a mild and pleasant note of fruits. It is very well suited for fans of more traditional coffees.

The philosophy of Patrice.Coffee

  • high quality specialty coffee roasted in Luxembourg
  • carefully drum roasted to get best taste and aroma out of every bean
  • transparency: on every bag of coffee the production farm/coop is listed
  • for every 250g of coffee sold a tree is planted in Kenya
  • roasted in Beaufort in wonderful Mullerthal
